Ponder is an extended mind for visionaries who have to hold a lot of ideas and plans for a long period of time, and communicate that with their people to build a great product.

That sentence is the product. Everything else — the graph, voice capture, rooms, and the agent — exists to make that real.

Not personal PKM, not document ops, not capture-only

Plenty of strong tools already help people file notes, run wikis and databases, or turn meetings into polished summaries. Those are real jobs. They are not our job.

Our job is:

Granular nodes on a spatial canvas

In Ponder, thoughts are compartmentalized into more granular nodes than note-sized pages or wiki blocks. Relationships stay visible as edges on a spatial canvas, so you can see the shape of your entire thinking at once — instead of opening nested documents one at a time or hopping through backlinks between private notes.

Nodes and edges are not decoration. They are the shared representation between humans and AI — visible, manipulable, and durable enough to become team memory and agent-usable context.

AI should build that world model with you, not silently reorganize everything in the background. The goal is cognitive partnership, not delegation of thinking away.

Real-time alignment over retrospective summaries

Meeting notes that arrive after the conversation ends are useful. Being present during the conversation — capturing structure as it forms, keeping continuity across sessions — is a different product.

That is the wedge: Ponder is where teams think together in real time, and where that thinking remains alive afterward as a living idea graph.
